This policy explains what information MIRA collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private site data to train third-party models on an identifiable basis.
We share only what is necessary with vetted providers who act on our behalf: cloud hosting, our payment processor (Stripe), transactional email, and the AI providers used to generate content and analysis. Each is bound to protect your data and use it only to deliver our service.
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
We keep account and work data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@jrengine.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law (including UAE data-protection law and, where it applies to you, the GDPR).
Your data may be processed in the UAE and other countries where our providers operate, under appropriate safeguards. We protect it with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
MIRA is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, emailed to you.
By creating an account or using MIRA, you agree to these terms. If you use MIRA on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
MIRA is an autonomous AI SEO assistant that audits your website, produces and publishes content, applies on-page and technical SEO improvements, builds authority, and tracks rankings — with a safety gate that lets you approve sensitive actions. Features may evolve over time.
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competition. MIRA follows recognised, good-practice methods and a safety gate, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
MIRA is offered on flat monthly subscription plans. Fees are charged in advance each billing period through our payment processor. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added where required. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
The MIRA software, brand and underlying technology are owned by JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC. Content that MIRA produces for your site and publishes on your behalf is yours to use. You grant us the limited rights needed to perform the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk. Where practical we will give notice.
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the RAKEZ Free Zone, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

MIRA is a flat monthly subscription — no credits, no per-fix charges, and no surprise bills. You always know what you pay.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your command desk. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Cancel from your command desk, or email support@jrengine.com with your account email. Refund reviews are usually completed within a few business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
